Returns & Exchanges

Customer Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact info@advdoodles.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.  

• Returns received within (21) days of original shipment date will be refunded in full, less shipping fees. 
• Returns received after (21) days but before (45) days of original shipment date will receive store credit. 
• Any returns after (45) days of the shipment date cannot be accepted.  

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and are processed within (5) business days of receipt.  You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable taxes.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for return product unless the customer received an incorrect product or the product was damaged in transit.  

Exchanges:

To initiate an exchange, please contact info@advdoodles.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 

• Exchanges must be processed within (21) days of original shipment date.
• Please specify the product SKU # and desired change of order.  
• If we do not have the desired color, size, fit or length of the product that was purchased, the order will be refunded in full, less shipping fees. 
• Any returns after (45) days of the shipment date cannot be accepted.
